Join Chopsticks Alley Art and Peninsula Open Space Trust for a very special guided meditation at a beautiful area of Coyote Creek at the Anderson Lake County Park in Morgan Hill.

Participants will be led in a relaxing, 1-hour program including a short introduction on Asian artistic reflection and our connection to nature, a musical performance, and a short meditation as the sun sets. Guests will have the opportunity to connect with one another and learn a bit about this beautiful preserve.

Art is healing because it forces us to forge a connection between our mind and body. Unlike exercise, which works your body, or meditation, which clears your mind, art-making accesses both mind and body to promote healing. In this session, we will help you connect to nature through music and meditation to help your overall well-being.

Capacity will be limited to ensure a peaceful atmosphere and due to limited parking at the event location. Thank you for your understanding!

Tea and a light treat will be served.

This event is part of POST’s community event series, which is open to the general public as well as POST donors. We hope you’ll join us! We also curate a separate series of private events for our donors. Learn how you can support POST here: openspacetrust.org/support-post
