Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST), Patagonia Palo Alto, Kitchen Table Advisors, Slow Food South Bay and Hidden Villa are pleased to invite to you the free screening in Burlingame of The Biggest Little Farma film that chronicles the eight-year quest of John and Molly Chester as they trade city living for 200 acres of barren farmland and a dream to harvest in harmony with nature.

Featuring breathtaking cinematography, captivating animals, and an urgent message to heed Mother Nature’s call, The Biggest Little Farm provides us all a vital blueprint for better living and a healthier planet.

Doors will open for the screening at 6:00. Come early and meet representatives from local farming groups! The film will start promptly at 7:00 PM and has a runtime of 1 hour, 32 minutes.

POST has protected 77,000 acres in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties since 1977. Our farmland program seeks to reverse the trend of disappearing farmland in San Mateo County through a combination of land acquisition, legal land protection and strategic investments in infrastructure.

This event is part of POST’s community event series. These events are open to the general public as well as POST donors, and we hope you will join us! We also curate a separate series of private events for our donor community. Learn more about how you can support POST here: openspacetrust.org/support
