Prior to joining POST, Noelle Thurlow served as Associate Director of Land Protection for Willistown Conservation Trust, a land trust in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Noelle joined POST as a Conservation Project Manager for the land department team, where she managed acquisition and transfer projects. In her current role, she oversees the strategic development and completion of complex land protection projects.
Master's degree in Environmental Management from Duke University; Bachelor's degree in Ecology from University of California, San Diego.
Peter is an ecologist fascinated by how species interactions, climate, and humans shape nature. He joined POST after two years at Save the Redwoods League where he worked on conservation planning and citizen science. Prior to the League, he worked on science policy in Sacramento and Washington DC.

Walter T. Moore is a board member and past board chair of the California Council of Land Trusts, former board chair of the Bay Area Open Space Council, and a founding member of the Land Trust Alliance Leadership Council. He was an associate with the law firm of Thoits, Love, Hershberger, & McLean, in Palo Alto, where he specialized in real estate transactions and litigation. Active in the local community, he is a member of the Palo Alto University Rotary Club and a board member of the Sequoia YMCA in Redwood City. He is also a trained docent with the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District.
Walter later served as Vice President (1997-2006) and Executive Vice President (2006-2011).
